Dixie Debs Louisiana bound

North Carolina champions Columbus County Dixie Debs are on the way to Louisiana for World Series play starting this weekend. Players and coaches preparing for the trip Thursday morning included, from left, Kailey Paul, coach Travis Paul, Morgan Nye, Kelsey Carroll, Callie Sumner, coach Gary Sykes, Alex Chestnutt, Linsey Jones, Lauren Smith.
