Loris men arrested in latest Dothan Road burglary

     Another break-in on Dothan Road Tuesday ended with two Loris men in custody, Columbus County Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman Michelle Tatum said.

     Arrested following a vehicle stop on nearby Horace McKee were Montel Lasual Hyppolite, 18, of Walnut Street in Loris and Shaquan Taereek Hemingway, 19, of Paddock Road, Loris.

     Both were charged with felony counts of breaking and entering and larceny after breaking and entering. Hemingway was also charged with possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana and maintaining a vehicle for the controlled substance, Tatum said.

     Bond was set at $10,000 for Hyppolite, $12,500 for Hemingway.
