Two brothers from Loris and a Brunswick County woman are facing drug and weapon charges following “successfully executed a narcotics search warrant” services east of Loris last week.
Drugs, guns, vehicles and $45,000 cash were seized by police, HCPD spokeswoman Krystal Dotson said in a news release Monday.
Horry County Police Department Narcotics & Vice Unit, SWAT, and the Street Crimes Unit executed the search warrants at 1200 Meadow Wood Lake Lane and 1291 Log Cabin Road, seizing drugs, guns and money in the process, Dotson said.
Arrested as a result if the investigation were Ralphael Johnson, 26 and his brother Stephon Johnson, 23, both of Loris; and Koceanna Freeman, 27, of Ash.
Ralphael Johnson and Freeman were each charged with trafficking heroin, cocaine and crack cocaine; manufacturing and distributing narcotics, and possession of a weapon during a violent crime.
Stephon Johnson was charged with manufacturing and distributing narcotics, unlawful sale and delivery of a handgun, and disorderly conduct.
A citizen tip prompted the investigation, Dotson said.
“We encourage tips regarding the illegal sale of narcotics be forwarded to DrugTips@HorryCounty.org,” she said.
