Gunfire into a Tabor City area home early Friday left bullet holes in the residence, damage to a vehicle, but no injuries.

Seven people were in the Shug Norris Road home of Mabelene McKvian Graham, 61, including two babies and a young child, Columbus County Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman Michelle Tatum said.

Graham reported the gunfire about 3:30 a.m. Deputies found “several bullet holes in various parts of the house,” Tatum said, and a vehicle parked at the home also hit by gunfire.

Damage to the 1996 Mercury was listed at $5,000, a report by Deputy Joshua Cox said.

Victims, in addition to Graham, were boys ages 1 and 5; a baby girl; Justin Emmanuel McKvian, 28; Tawanna Brown, 24, of Miller Road; and Jada Graham, 17, of Fayetteville.
