Power restored, paper deliveries are underway
Friday morning
Power was restored to our printer in Whiteville Thursday night, this week’s Tabor-Loris Tribune on the press after 10 p.m.
Deliveries to news racks and area Post Offices, where possible, are underway this morning (Friday) and will be completed soon.
We have extra newsboys in downtown Tabor City this morning, helping to raise awareness that although late, not printing was never an option.
Wednesday
Casualties of Hurricane Florence include publication of the print edition of this week’s Tabor-Loris Tribune, though we pledge to have it in reader’s hands as soon as possible.
Power to the press in Whiteville could be restored as early as today, and soon after we’ll have copies available in stores and news racks.
We’ll have copies in the mail, too, for subscribers, though some deliveries through the US Postal Service will be delayed, also as a result of Hurricane Florence.
We’ll work through these issues as quickly as we can.
In the meantime, we’ve temporarily dropped the paywall on our e-edition here, which means you can read the entire newspaper by clicking on the front page replica on our home page.
That you for reading Tabor-Loris Tribune, no matter how it is delivered. – Deuce Niven, General Manager/Editor
