Longs murder victim a TC area resident

     A man found dead in the Longs area Wednesday has been identified as a Tabor City area resident.

     Rockeiem Young, 22, died after being shot, Horry County Assistant Coroner Darris Fowler said Thursday.

     Young’s body was found in a ditch on Circle Bay Road in Longs, Capt. John Harrelson of the Horry County Police Department said.

     HCPD detectives are investigating the homicide, Harrelson said.
