MLK legacy

His message focused on upholding the legacy and messages of slain civil rights leader Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., Deacon Darrick Vereen encouraged those attending the 2020 celebration in King’s honor sponsored by the Tabor City Douglass High Alumni Association spoke with passion on remembering the lessons of the past, with a focus on the future.
