Lilly Louise Babson Brock: Loris

1942 – 2020

     Lilly Louise Babson Brock of Loris passed away Thursday, May 21, at McLeod Seacoast following an illness. She was 78.

     Mrs. Brock was born April 2, 1942 in Ash to the late Earl Warren Babson and the late Lena Gertrude Babson.

     Mrs. Brock was of the Baptist faith. Her passions were yard work, yard sales, and going to auctions.

     Survivors include her son, Andy Smith and wife, Kerry; three grandchildren, Adam Rallin Smith, Kelsey Louise Williams, and Joseph Lane Smith; and one great-grandchild, Sawyer Patrick Williams. She also had many loving nieces, nephews, and extended family.

     Mrs. Brock was predeceased by her husband, James Ray Brock; son, Terry Lane Smith; two brothers, Thomas Babson and James Earl Babson; and one sister, Janice Faye Lovin.

     Private memorial services will be held at a later date. Memorials may be made to a charity of your choice.
