Earl Adams, Jr.: Loris

1947 – 2020

     Earl Adams, Jr. of Loris passed away on Wednesday, June 3. He was 72.

     Born in Horry County , Mr. Adams was the son of the late Alton Earl Adams, Sr. and the late Louraine L. Russell Adams.

     He was a veteran of the United States Army and served in the Vietnam War.

     Mr. Adams attended New Life Community Baptist Chapel.

     In addition to his parents, Mr. Adams was predeceased by his wife, Betty Adams; a sister, Shirley Marlowe; and a brother, Robert Adams.

     Survivors include two brothers, Rev. J. T. Adams of Conway and Charles F. Adams of Little River; two uncles; two aunts; and several nieces and nephews.

     Graveside services were planned for 11 a.m. Monday, June 8, at Heavenly Hills Cemetery with Rev. J. T. Adams and Rev. Marshall Russell officiating.

     In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to New Life Community Baptist Chapel, PO Box 456, Loris, SC 29569.
