Edward Charles Kinard, Jr.: Loris

1971 – 2020

     Edward Charles Kinard, Jr. of Loris passed away on Sunday, June 14. He was 48.

     Mr. Kinard was born July 29, 1971 in Charleston, South Carolina to Vista Wyvonia Mishoe Kinard and the late Edward Charles Kinard, Sr.

     Mr. Kinard was the owner and operator of Ed’s Garage and was a member of Cherry Hill Baptist Church. He was an avid outdoorsman, who loved hunting, fishing, and riding horses.

     Survivors include his mother, of Loris; his son, Edward Charles “Charlie” Kinard, III of Loris; daughter, Jessica Brooke Kinard of Loris; three grandchildren, Ronnie Charles Parenteau, Zac Kinard, Jase Kinard and wife, Amy Shagg Kinard, all of Loris; and sister, Lanett Kinard-Hovde and husband Scott of Conway.

     Funeral services were planned for 3 p.m. Thursday, June 18, at Cherry Hill Baptist Church with Pastor Ragsdale Allsbrook officiating, committal services following at Cherry Hill Cemetery.

     Visitation was planned for the hour preceding the service at the church.

     Family requests that those who attend wear a mask.
