Ray Blaine Milligan: Tabor City

1967 – 2020

     Ray Blaine Milligan of Tabor City died Monday, July 20, in his home. He was 52.

     Born Aug. 31, 1967 in Mecklenburg County, he was the son of the late Eldred Frinly and Mona Faye Soles Milligan.

     He is survived by three sisters, Debra Faye Milligan and Jo Ann Neese of Tabor City and Catherine Devonne Farmer of Florida; an aunt, Lu Ray Thompson of Valrico, Florida; nieces and nephews Jerry Todd and his wife Rachael, Chris Todd and his wife Billie, Sarah Hewett and her husband Andrew, Shannon Rowan and her husband Shane, and Bradlee Bogart, and their families; and his beloved puppy, Little Mama.

     In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one niece, Sierra Neese.

     Funeral services were planned for 6 p.m. Wednesday, July 22, in the Inman Ward Funeral Home Chapel.

     Visitation was planned for the hour preceding the service in the chapel.

     Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic social distancing will be observed and the family has asked that all who attend wear a mask.
