Enchanted beginning

Snow White was checking temperatures and walking students into the building as Tabor City Elementary School welcomed its youngest students back on campus for the new school year Monday morning. Principal Kelly Bullard said the process went well, with children generally smiling and parents supportive of COVID-19 procedures, even though the pandemic meant they could not walk their children to class.
