Warrants alleging sexual exploitation of a minor have been served on a Loris man, South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson announced Friday.
Harry Herman Henry, III 36, was charged with three counts involving sexual exploitation of a minor, Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force investigators with the Mount Pleasant Police Department making the arrest Tuesday, a news release from Wilson said.
Investigators with the North Myrtle Beach Police Department, also a member of the state’s ICAC Task Force, assisted with this investigation.
Henry is charged with one count each of criminal solicitation of a minor, sexual exploitation of a minor in the first degree, and promoting the prostitution of a minor. All three are felony charges, solicitation punishable by up to 10 years in prison, the other two with 20 year maximum sentences.
Investigators allege that Henry solicited a minor for sex and encouraged a minor to appear in a state of sexually explicit nudity.
