More than a dusting…

…but not much more snow fell in the Tabor-Loris Community early Saturday. While the quick moving winter storm was expected to wreak havoc from Virginia to Maine, locally the unusual streak of winter precipitation continued with minor impacts and no real troubles. There was enough for four boys and a dog on Minos Meares Road near Tabor City, for Benjamin Matthew Boyd and his companion Chewy on Heritage Road in Loris, and for some picturesque tree coating like this one on Orange Street at Pireway Road in Tabor City.
