UPDATE: Weather threat moves TC Senior Cruisin’ to Monday

     UPDATE: Stallions of South Columbus High will have to wait a bit for their final Tabor City “Cruisin,” with the threat of some very wet, and potentially rough weather Friday afternoon and evening forcing organizers to reschedule for Monday.

     Other aspects remain the same, most importantly the requirement that those who plan to take part contact Toni Stocks at 910-840-2859 or Scarlet Strickland at 910-641-2091.

     Line-up begins at 6:30 p.m. in front of Two Broke Teachers, with the “Cruisin” set for a 7 p.m. start. Pizza for the seniors and a DJ in the library parking lot will follow the event.

     Members of the Class of 2022 from South Columbus High will take part in a “Cruisin’” on Main Street this Friday.

     Lineup begins at 6:30 p.m. in front of Two Broke Teachers, with the procession expected to move down Main Street and Hickman Road, perhaps beyond.

     Pizza and a DJ will be in the Tabor City Public Library parking lot, at the Town Gazebo, immediately following for all seniors, all of it sponsored by parents of the SCHS Class of 2022.
