Wandering wool

We’re not sure where this sheep came from, wondering on and near Swampfox Hwy East in Tabor City on the morning of Dec. 21. Last seen in the large field across from Tabor Landing Apartments, what appeared to be a red or orange leach was dangling from his neck.
