Old Zion VBS

     “Maker Fun Factory” is the Vacation Bible School theme at Old Zion Wesleyan Church June 19 through 23.

     From 5:30 to 9 each evening children will discover that God made them, and did so for a purpose.

     VBS students will take part in memorable Bible-learning activities, sing catchy songs, play teamwork-building games, make and devour yummy treats, experience one-of-a-kind Bible adventures, collect Bible Memory Buddies to remind them of God’s love, and test out Sciency-Fun Gizmos they’ll take home and play with all summer long.

     They will also learn to look for evidence of God all around them through something called God Sightings.

     A free meal will be served at 5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and a cookout for the family will follow Friday’s commencement program.

     Lead Pastor Roger A. Parsons, VBS Director & Assistant Pastor Stephen Barnes, and the congregation invite all area children, birth through 5th grade, to participate in this year’s VBS.
