The Allen Family at Dogwood Hill

     Gospels singers The Allen Family will sing at Dogwood Hill Baptist Church on Sunday, Aug. 26.

     All are invited to the 6 p.m. performance. The church is located at 1040 Mt. Zion Road, Loris, south of Tabor City.

About the group

     Since 1991, the Alien Family has traveled internationally. The group was launched onto the Gospel music scene with a first place finish in the 2000 National Quartet Convention Talent Search, Since then, the group has two nominations for Singing News New Mixed Group Of The Year and multiple appearances on the Southern Gospel Top 80 radio charts.

     Todd, Michclle, Joshua. Jared, DanieIIe. Abigail, Zachariah, and Christian live in their bus 365 days a year and fill more than 275 engagements each year.

     Home Sweet Bus, their original television pilot, premiered on TLC in October 2014. The show is based on their unique lifcstyle and follows their travels as they share the Gospel in song.
