Mattie L. Fowler: Loris

     Mattie L. Fowler of Loris, died Thursday, April 18, in McLeod Loris hospital. She was 93.
     Born in Loris, she was the daughter of the late Carlie Aaron and Arcie Melvina Fowler and the widow of the late Brookie William Fowler. She was preceded in death by three brothers, three sisters and one granddaughter. Mrs. Fowler was a member of Dogwood Hill Baptist Church.  
     She is survived by a son, Frankie J. Fowler of Loris; a brother, Wade Fowler of Loris; two grandchildren; seven great grandchildren and six great great grandchildren
     Visitation was planned from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday, April 20, in Inman Funeral Home in Tabor City.
     Funeral services were planned at 2 p.m. Sunday, April 21 in the Inman Funeral Home Chapel, with burial to follow in Twin City Memorial Gardens.
