In the pink
Pink garbage cans arrived in Loris Tuesday, just ahead of this Friday’s contract signing ceremony with American Waste Systems. Loris is the first municipality in Horry County to take part in the company’s “In the Pink” campaign in support of breast cancer awareness. All are invited to the 11 a.m. signing ceremony in front of City Hall this Friday. Pink lemonade and pink cookies will be served. (Joyce Graham photo)
