Most Horry Library branches open at 1 p.m. July 22

    All Horry County Memorial Libraries, except Little River and Loris libraries, will open at 1 p.m. on Monday, July 22, to migrate data to new computer servers.
    Library programs and meeting room use, however, will continue to operate on a normal schedule.
    Horry County Memorial Library has 10 branches located throughout the County and a traveling Bookmobile.
