Marijuana, phone found outside prison

     A stash of marijuana and telephones, found hidden near a tree outside the gate at Tabor Correctional Institution last week, has triggered a Tabor City Police Department investigation, Lt. Greg Sibbett said.
    Police are working to determine who had hidden 20 packages of marijuana, four telephones and two chargers, which police believe were intended to be smuggled into the prison.
