Ruthene Williams Stout: Nakina

     Ruthene Williams Stout of Nakina, died Wednesday morning, Aug. 7, in Lower Cape Fear Hospice Center, Whiteville. She was 76.
     Born in Columbus County, she was the daughter of the late Archie and Mae Bell Wilson Williams.  She was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth J. Stout.
     She is survived by two daughters:  Helen Jenise Phillips and Tammy Michelle McLamb, both of Nakina; three grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
     Visitation was planned from 7 to 9 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 9, in Inman Funeral Home of Tabor City.
     Funeral services were planned for 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 10, in the Inman Funeral Home Chapel by Revs. Jackie Strickland and Mike Stocks, with burial to follow in Williams Cemetery.
