Mary Frances Mordaunt: Loris

    Mary Frances O’Rourke Mordaunt of Loris passed away Monday August 5 at her home following an illness. She was 89.
    Born on July 23, 1924 in Buffalo, NY, she was the daughter of  John and Victoria O’Rourke.
    Mrs. Mordaunt was a homemaker and a member of the Catholic Church of the Resurrection.
    Survivors include her eleven children, Michael Mordaunt, James Mordaunt, Thomas Mordaunt, Peter Mordaunt, Margaret Didio, Mary Mitchel, Daniel Mordaunt, Paul Mordaunt, Tim Mordaunt, Patricia Frank and Laura Boronski; 26 grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
    In addition to her parents, Mrs. Mordaunt was predeceased by her husband, Lawrence Patrick Mordaunt; two children, John and Eileen Mordaunt and her seven siblings.
    Funeral Mass for Mrs. Mordaunt was planned for 3 p.m. Friday, Aug. 9 at the Catholic Church of the Resurrection in Loris with Father Bob Sayer officiating.  A Celebration of Life Mass for Mrs. Mordaunt was planned for 9:30 a.m., Aug. 16  at Saints Peter and Paul Roman Catholic Church, 5480 Main St. Williamsville, NY 14221.
