Bobby Gainus: Loris

    Bobby Gainus of Loris passed away Sunday, Oct. 6. He was 67.
    Mr. Gainus was born in Horry County a son of the late Thales R. Gainus and the late Callie M. Gainus. He was a self-employed auto mechanic and business owner.  Mr. Gainus was predeceased by one sister, Gladys Staub.
    Survivors include his five siblings, Betty Coker of Goldsboro, Ann G. Carter of Loris, Margaret Fowler of Loris, Billy Gainus of Moncks Corner, and Doris Gerald of Loris.
    Funeral services were planned for 3 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 9, at Goldfinch Funeral Home, Loris Chapel with Dr. Jim Mezick officiating.  Burial was to follow in the Cane Branch Baptist Church Cemetery.  
    Visitation was planned from 2 to 3 p.m., prior to the service, at the funeral home.
