Fall back tonight

   It’s that time of year again, when Daylight Savings Time ends, and the hour of sunlight we’ve enjoyed in the evening shifts to morning.
   While the official time change comes at 2 a.m. Sunday, when it becomes 1 a.m., most folks change their clocks and watches before heading off to bed Saturday night.
