Edward LeRoy Fryer, Jr.: Loris

    Edward LeRoy Fryer, Jr., of Loris passed away Wednesday, Nov. 6. He was 68.
    Mr. Fryer was born in Altoona, Pa., a son of the late Edward LeRoy Fryer, Sr., and the late Leona Smith Fryer.
     Mr. Fryer was predeceased by his stepmother, Betty Pink Fryer; two sisters, Sally Fryer and Margaret Ann Nicely; and one great-grandson, Noah Jackson.
    Survivors include his wife of 41 years, Linda Sue Lewis Fryer of the home; four sons, Eddie Fryer, Rusty Fryer, Gorum Fryer, and Patrick Fryer all of Loris; one daughter, Chrissa Gainey of Aynor; one sister, Linda Lee Stuchal of Rillton, Pa.; one brother, David LeRoy Fryer of Rillton, Pa; 11 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren,
    Visitation was planned from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 9 at Goldfinch Funeral Home, Loris Chapel.
    Funeral services were planned for 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 10 at Goldfinch Funeral Home, Loris Chapel with Dr. Billy Carroll officiating.  Burial was to follow in the Hillcrest Cemetery.
