Charles Green Carlisle: Clarendon

    Charles  Green “CG” Carlisle of Clarendon, died Tuesday, Nov. 19, in his home. He was 77.
    Born in Whiteville, he was the son of the late Perry Green Carlisle and Mary Frances Andrews Carlisle. He was a Veteran of the United States Army.
    He is survived by a daughter, Beverly Carlisle of Calabash; a son, Charles Green “Chuck” Carlisle Jr. of Whiteville; two sisters, Annie Pearl King of Tabor City  and Linda Harper of Cleveland, Tenn.; and four grandchildren.
    Visitation was planned from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 21, in Inman Funeral Home of Tabor City.
    A graveside service was planned for 11 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 22, in Bethel Memorial Cemetery in Clarendon.
    In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Bethel United Methodist Church, 2733 MM Ray Rd, Clarendon, NC  28432.
