Lynda Lou Hyatt: Clarendon

    Lynda Lou Greene Hyatt of Clarendon died Thursday, Feb. 27 in Lower Cape Fear Hospice and LifeCareCenter in Whiteville. She was 75.
    Born Sept. 16, 1938 in Columbus County, she was the daughter of the late Edmond Waties Greene and Ruth Norris Greene.
    She is survived by her husband, Willis Stead Hyatt of Clarendon; a daughter, Renee Collins of Clarendon; a son, Stanley Hyatt of Clarendon; three brothers, E.W. Greene of Chadbourn, Mickey Greene and Greg Greene of Tabor City; a sister, Sandra Wester of Red Oak; three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
    Visitation was planned from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday, March 1, in Inman Funeral Home in Tabor City.
    Funeral services were were planned for 3 p.m. Sunday, March 2, in Sweet Home Baptist Church, Clarendon, with burial following in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Tabor City.
