Prom reality prevention presentation

Prom season can end in tragedy when alcohol and driving mix.
That was the message of an Horry County Multi-Agency pilot program presented to students at Loris High School on Friday.
Students were encouraged to make good decisions on the use of alcohol or drugs, especially in combination with driving, with a dramatic reenactment of a life-changing, and life-ending auto crash. Horry County Fire Rescue, Loris Fire Department, Loris Police Department, Air Methods Lifenet 6, and Horry County Coroner Robert Elliott were among those taking part.
