TLC Easter Egg hunts this weekend

Easter Eggs in the Tabor-Loris Community (TLC) are on tap for this weekend.
Columbus County Parks and Recreation sponsor Tabor City’s hunt, in conjunction with the Greater Tabor City Chamber of Commerce, at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Civitan Athletic Complex.
Others 10 a.m. hunts on Saturday will be held at Williams Township School and at the Chadbourn Depot, with 11 a.m. hunts set for the Woodmen of the World Building in Cerro Gordo and the Old Dock Community Park.
Boys and girls up to 12 years of age are invited to take part. Each hunt will have three age divisions, birth to age 3, 4 to 7 and 8 to 12.
The Loris Community Easter Egg Hunt will begin promptly at 2 p.m. on Sunday at the Loris Nature Park.
Free to the public, ages through 5th grade are welcome. Children are asked to bring their Easter baskets and join the hunt for eggs, including some “lucky” eggs with great prizes.
There also will be free hot dogs, bounce house and petting zoo.
