June Price Higgs: Loris

    June Price Higgs, formerly of Port Republic, Md., passed away Thursday, April 10 in Loris. She was 64.
    Mrs. Higgs was born in Laurel, Md., a daughter of the late Robert P. Stevens and the late Joan Dotson Stevens.
    Mrs. Higgs was predeceased by a grandson, Cody Craven Smith.
    Survivors include her husband of 46 years, Paul Higgs of Loris; two sons, Robert Paul Higgs of Lusby, Md., and Tad Russell Higgs of Mechanicsville, Md.; one daughter, Robin Lynn Sisk of St. Leonard, Md.; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; one sister, Joanne Allen.
     A memorial service was planned for 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 26, at First Baptist Church in Prince Frederick, Md..
