Ruth Louise Green Enzor: Fair Bluff

    Ruth Louise Green Enzor of Fair Bluff went to be with the Lord, Monday Aug. 4 at her residence. She was 74.
     She was the daughter of the late Edwin and Louise Green and a member of Spring Branch Baptist Church. She was a devoted housewife, mother, and grandmother. She worked for a few years as a substitute teacher at Fair Bluff Elementary.
    The family planned to receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 5 at Meares Funeral Home in Fair Bluff.
    Final rites were to be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday Aug. 6 at Spring Branch Baptist Church with Dr. Floyd Enzor, Rev. Mike Vipperman, and Rev. Todd Padgett officiating. Interment will be in the Spring Branch Baptist Church Cemetery.
     She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband of 54 years, George C. Enzor; one daughter, Pansy Enzor Strickland and husband Kenneth of Fair Bluff; one son, Alvin Enzor and wife Tomi of Tabor City; two brothers David Earl Green of Lumberton and E.M. Green of Cerro Gordo; four grandsons Caleb Strickland and Andrew “AJ” Strickland of Fair Bluff, Dustin Enzor and Brandon Enzor of Tabor City; one great grandson, Isaac Strickland.
