Margie Small Floyd: Loris

    Margie Small Floyd of Loris died Sunday, Sept. 21 at her home with her family by her side.
    Mrs. Floyd was born March 26, 1938 in Green Sea, a daughter of the late Mr. Montgomery Small and the late Mrs. Ruth Coleman Small.
    Survivors include her husband, Wayne Floyd of the home; three sons, Ricky Graham of Loris, Mike Graham of Polk City, Florida and Rodney Floyd of Simpsonville; two daughters, Monica Floyd Wright of Loris, and Debra Duncan of Brandon, Florida; 13 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; two brothers, Dewey Small of Loris, and Steve Small of Tabor City; four sisters, Estaleen Edwards of Florence, Aline Williams and Shirly Covil, both of Wilmington, and Rebecca Grainger of Green Sea.
    In addition to her parents, Mrs. Floyd was preceded in death by a brother, Johnny Small and a sister, Gladys Buffkin.  
    Funeral services were planned for 3 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 25 at Mt. Zion Baptist Church with Pastor David Watts and Rev. Bill Thompson officiating. Committal services will follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery.
