Letha Simmons: Tabor City

    Letha Simmons of Tabor City died Saturday in Premier Living Healthcare, Lake Waccamaw. She was 86.
    Born in Columbus County, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Crum Simmons and Isabel Wright Simmons. She is survived by two nephews, Paul Simmons Jr. of Clarendon and Michael Simmons of Tabor City; and a niece, Katherine Motsinger of Winston Salem.
    Graveside services were planned for 10 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 9, in Minos Meares Cemetery.
