Elton Keith Farmer, Sr.: Dothan

        Elton Keith Farmer, Sr. of the Dothan community near Tabor City died Tuesday, Dec. 16 at his home. He was 55.
    He was the son of the late Rev. Dewey C. and Dresser Smith Farmer.
    He is survived by his wife, Marcella F. Farmer and one son, Elton Keith Farmer, Jr. of the home; one daughter, Bresser L. Farmer of Durham; one sister, Melbra Todd of Tabor City; two brothers, Rev. Dewey Farmer, Jr. of Chadbourn and Rev. Derrick Farmer, Sr. of Nakina; step-mother, Barbara Farmer.
    Visitation was planned from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, Dec. 19, at Westside Funeral Home, Tabor City.
    Home going services were planned for noon, Saturday, Dec. 20 from New Light A.M.E. Church in Dothan with Rev. Joseph Batts delivering the eulogy, burial following with Masonic Rites in Faulk Cemetery, Dothan.
