Doris Stanley Bryant: North Myrtle Beach

    Doris Bryant of North Myrtle Beach died Tuesday, Jan. 6 in  Grand Strand Regional Medical Center, Myrtle Beach. She was 79.
     Born April 12, 1935 in Columbus County, She was the daughter of the late Grady Seymore Stanley and Charity Stevens Stanley.
    She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Lloyd D. Bryant Sr. of the home; one son, Lloyd D. Bryant Jr., of Nakina; one daughter, Rita Bryant Preston of North Myrtle Beach; one brother, Donald Stanley of Nakina; two grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and one step great grandchild, Jacqueline Ray.
    Funeral services were planned for 1 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 8 in Seven Creeks Baptist Church, Nakina, with burial following in the Stanley Cemetery, Nakina.
    The family planned to receive friends one hour prior to the service in the church.
