James Dennis Booth: Loris

    James Dennis Booth of Loris, age 78, passed away Thursday, Jan. 15 at his home following an illness. He was 78.
    Mr. Booth was born April 2, 1936 in Loris, a son of the late Mr. James Daniel Booth and the late Mrs. Cora Elizabeth Harris Booth. Mr. Booth worked as a tire and battery salesman and was a member of Cane Branch Baptist Church.
    Survivors include his four children, Danny Wilson Booth of Lakeland, Florida, Julie Booth Ramsey of Dade City, Florida, Jimmy Booth of Loris, and Randy Booth of Knoxville, Tennessee; six loving grandchildren; four loving great-grandchildren and two sisters, Jewell Tyler and Barbara Anderson, both of Loris.
    A graveside memorial service was planned for 4 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 21 at Cane Branch Cemetery with Reverend Jon Johnson and Reverend Colter Fox officiating.
