Top citizen on both sides of charity

Todd Harrelson has seen both sides of charity, giving plenty to his community, and seeing his community rally to his support following a 2013 injury.
Harrelson was honored as Citizen of the Year during Thursday’s Annual Awards Banquet of the Loris Chamber of Commerce.
Jim Murph was presented a Lifetime Achievement Award, Loris IGA honored as Merchant of the Year, and honors were given for Outstanding Youth, Community Service, Entrepreneur, and Public Safety.
