John Fredrick Kosick: Tabor City

    John Fredrick Kosick of Tabor City died Thursday, March 5, in McLeod Loris hospital. He was 89.
    Born July 16, 1925 in Omaha, Nebraska, he was the son of the late John Francis Kosick and Mabel Ann Hopkins.
    He is survived by his wife of 71 years, Betty Jean Kerr Kosick of the home; two daughters, Barbara Morgan Cumberland, Maine and Claudia Yarbrough of Tabor City; a son, William Kosick of Tabor City; eight grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren.
    He was a veteran of the United States Navy.
    Funeral services were planned for 11 a.m. Monday, March 9, in the Inman Ward Funeral Home Chapel, Tabor City.
    In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to Luke Yarbrough, Pastor of Student Ministries at Bethel Bible Chapel, 20031 Meadow View Lane, Flint, TX 75762.
