Eliza Fowler Stephens: Tabor City

    Eliza Fowler Stephens of Tabor City died Saturday, June 13, in her home. She was 93.
    Born October 12, 1921 in Columbus County, she was the daughter of the late Silvester Godwin and Annie Hughes Godwin.
    In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Earl Lee Fowler and Joe David Stephens.
    She is survived by three sons: Donnie Lee Fowler and wife Glennie, Lonnie Earl Fowler and wife Margaret of Loris, Danny Ray Fowler and wife Judy of Tabor City; five grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.
    She was a lifetime member of Dogwood Hill Baptist Church in Loris.
    Visitation was planned from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, June 15, in Inman Ward Funeral Home, Tabor City.
    Funeral services were planned 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 16, in Dogwood Hill Baptist Church, Loris, with burial following in Twin City Memorial Gardens, Loris.
