Margaret Louise Prince Marlowe: Loris

    Margaret Louise Prince Marlowe of Loris, passed away Saturday, July 25 at her home following an illness.  She was 71.
    Born on May 1, 1944 in Loris, she was the daughter of the late Mr. Ransom Mannie Prince, Sr. and the late Mrs. Annie Elizabeth Tyler Prince.
    Survivors include her sons, Van C. “Joshua” Simmons, Jr. and Albert Fowler; five grandchildren; six sisters, Mary Ellen Prince, Edith Faye Huggins, Anne Welch, Virgie Willis, Evonia Smith and Dollie Session; one brother, Collie Prince and her caregiver, Jinnie Adams.
     In addition to her parents, Mrs. Marlowe was predeceased by her first husband, Junior Alford Fowler, her second husband, Kenneth Marlowe, two sisters, Dorris P. Johnson and Pauline Fowler and two brothers, Ransom M. Prince, Jr. and Lavern Prince.
     Funeral services were held 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 28 at Hardwick Memorial Chapel with Rev. Lloyd Williams officiating. Committal services  followed at Hillcrest Cemetery in Conway.
