Ruby Frances Graham Todd: Loris

Ruby Frances Graham Todd of Loris, wife of the late Johnnie Walter Todd, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, Sept. 6, at the home of her daughter surrounded by her family. She was 92.
Born Oct. 28, 1922 in Loris, she was the daughter of the late Elmon Lloyd Graham and the late Dulah Powell Graham.
Along with being a devoted farmer’s wife, she was a school teacher at White Oak School in the Cane Branch community, worked as a bookkeeper at FCX, worked at Leder-Potter’s Department Store, and retired as a bookkeeper at Graham Brother’s Farm Supply in Loris. She enjoyed working in her yard, gardening, and taking care of her family.
Mrs. Todd was a loving mother, grandmama, and great-grandmama and was a member of Cherry Hill Baptist Church.
Survivors include her daughter, Sonja “Kaye” Causey and her husband Donald B. Causey of Loris; her son, Johnny Wallace Todd of Loris and his late wife Cindy McDowell Todd; her grandchildren, Kimberly Causey Strickland and her husband Billy, Krystal Causey Gregory and her husband Philip, Kandis Todd Tucker and her husband Sam, and Justin Todd and his fiancé Emily Johnson; her great-grandchildren, Quentin, Bailey, and Brayden Strickland and Kalynn Tucker; sisters-in-law Elsie Graham of Loris, Dorenda Long of Wilmington, Gladys Canada and Chellie Todd, both of Loris; many nieces and nephews; her caregivers; and her niece, Ila Mishoe and special friend, Nancy Prince.
In addition to her parents, her husband, and her daughter-in-law, Mrs. Todd was also predeceased by her brother, Floyd Graham.
Visitation was planned from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 8, at Goldfinch Funeral Home, Loris Chapel.
Funeral services were planned for 3 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 9, at Cherry Hill Baptist Church with Rev. Ragsdale Allsbrook and Rev. David Watts officiating, burial following in the church cemetery.
