Charles Burns Bullard: Loris

1939 – 2015

    Charles Burns Bullard of Loris passed away Tuesday, Sept. 22 at his home following an illness. He was 76.
    Mr. Bullard was born on May 31, 1939 in Green Sea, a son of the late Mr. Maxie “Bill” Bullard and the late Mrs. Virginia Roberts Bullard.
    Survivors include his wife, Wilma Bullard of the home; his son, Mark Bullard of Aynor; his two loving grandchildren, and his two sisters, Sally Strickland of Green Sea, and Diane Jordan of Conway.
     In addition to his parents, Mr. Bullard was predeceased by three brothers, Dayton Bullard, Carlisle Bullard and Davis Bullard and one sister, Betty Lou Bullard Fowler.  
     Graveside services were held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 24 at Carter Cemetery with Pastor John Allen Singletary officiating.
