Debbie Eloise Clemmons: Whiteville

1938 – 2015

    Debbie Eloise Clemmons of Whiteville died Sunday, Oct. 25 in the Liberty Commons Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Whiteville. She was 77.
    Born July 2, 1938 in Horry County, she was the daughter of the late Hilbert Charles Stephens and Leona Tempie Fipps Stephens.
    In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her two sons, Charles Bernard Floyd, Jack W. Floyd; and one daughter, Mincey Floyd.
    She is survived by two sisters, Bonnie Faye Edwards of Whiteville, Dorothy Lee Ludlum of Whiteville; two brothers, George Stephens of Tabor City, Bobby Stephens of Hallsboro; three grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
    Visitation was planned from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 27 in the Inman Ward Funeral Home of Tabor City.
    A graveside service was planned for 2 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 28 in the Graham Cemetery, Loris.
    In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Liberty Hospice Home Care & Hospice Services, 46 McNeill Plaza, Whiteville, NC  28472.
