Billy Gene Prince: El Paso, Texas

1936 – 2015

    Billy Gene Prince of El Paso, Texas and formerly of Tabor City, died Friday, Nov. 6 in El Paso, Texas. He was 79.
    Born May 9, 1936 in Columbus County, he was the son of the late Abner Kern Prince and Kate Spivey Prince.
    He is survived by three sons, Billy Ray Prince of Tabor City, Darrell Wayne Prince of Tabor City, and David Kern Prince of Fabens, Texas; two grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
    In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Lydia Olmos Prince; and one sister, Mary Frances Horton.
    Visitation was planned from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 12  in Inman Ward Funeral Home of Tabor City.
    Funeral services were planned for 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 13 in Inman Ward Funeral Home Chapel, burial following in Spivey Cemetery, Tabor City.
