Mary Virginia Hill: Fairmont

1932 – 2016

    Mary Virginia Hill of Fairmont died Saturday, Jan. 30, in Southeastern Regional Medical Center, Lumberton. She was 83.
    Born in Horry County, she was the daughter of late Willie Blanton and Ina Hooks Blanton.
    She is survived by two daughters, Debbie Norris of Loris and Ginny Oxendine of Orrum: six grandchildren; two step grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.
    She was preceded in death by a son Randy Hill; and a brother Harris Blanton.
    Visitation was planned from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 31, in Inman Ward Funeral Home, Tabor City.
    Graveside services were planned for 11 a.m. Monday, Feb. 1, in Gapway Cemetery, Tabor City.
