Selma M. Graham: Loris

1923 – 2016
Selma M. Graham of Loris passed away Wednesday, Feb. 17. She was 92.
The widow of the late Harvey Graham, Sr., Mrs. Graham was born in Conway, a daughter of the late Kenneth L. and Lula Moore Mishoe. She was a faithful member of Loris First Baptist Church where she taught Sunday School for 35 years, was a former member of the Adult Choir and Bell Choir, served on many committees, and was a member of the Good News Sunday School Class. Mrs. Graham was an active member of the Loris Garden Club. She was committed to her family and church. Mrs. Graham loved her Lord, her family, and her church family. She had many friends and loved them all. In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by her son, Harvey Graham, Jr., and several siblings.
Survivors include her grandson, Harvey Graham, III, and his wife Paige and great-grandson, Harvey “Grayson” Graham, IV, and grandson, Perrin Graham and his wife Teresa, two great-granddaughters, Kayla Edwards and her husband Grady and Tristen Graham, and great-grandson, Hunter Graham; many special nieces and nephews; daughter-in-law, Joan Graham; special friends; and caregivers, Elease, Duke, Margaret, and Betty.
Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 19 at Goldfinch Funeral Home, Loris Chapel.
Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 20 at Loris First Baptist Church with Dr. Louis Venable and Rev. Hunter Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in the Twin City Memorial Gardens.
