Marjorie Skipper: Loris

1937 – 2016
 
    Marjorie Skipper of Loris passed away Wednesday morning, March, 2 following an illness. She was 78.
    Miss Skipper was born on Oct. 9, 1937 in Loris, the daughter of  Spivey Skipper and Ruth Brinson Skipper.    
     Survivors include her daughter, Monette Skipper of Columbia; her sister-in-law, Linda Skipper of Loris, and many loving nieces and nephews.
     In addition to her parents, Miss Skipper was predeceased by her three brothers, LeGrande Skipper, Clacey Devone Skipper and Harold L. Skipper and her sister, Rebecca Skipper Causey.
     Graveside services were planned for 3 p.m. on Friday, March 4 at Holly Hill Cemetery with Reverend Mack Hutson officiating. Family planned to receive friends at 2:30 p.m. until the time of service at Holly Hill Cemetery.
