Sally Jane Turbeville Nobles: Thomasville

Sally Jane Turbeville Nobles of Thomasville passed away Thursday April 21 in Hinkle Hospice House in Lexington. She was 86.
She was born in Tabor City on March 23, 1930 to Pearlie and Lula Grainger Turbeville.
Mrs. Nobles was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Carson Nobles; a son, Ronald Bradley Nobles; two sisters, Josephine Holmes and Betty Cox; a twin brother, Sammie Turbeville; and four brothers, Roscoe Turbeville, Brandt Turbeville, Elary Turbeville, and Vernon (Tink) Turbeville.
She is survived by two daughters, Marylin Annette Hill of Thomasville and Nelma Pearl Bingham of Fernley, Nevada; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was planned from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, April 24, in J.C. Green and Sons Funeral Home in Thomasville.
A funeral service was planned for 2 p.m. Monday, April 25, in the J.C. Green and Sons Chapel with the Rev. Clarence Stoneman officiating, interment following in Holly Hill Memorial Park Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations to be made to Hospice of Davidson County, 200 Hospice Way Lexington, NC 27292.
